Italian sacrilege I know, but I am not the biggest fan of espresso as I find it a little too bitter. What I have found though is a product that I do like. For lack of a better explanation it is instant cappuccino that comes powdered with milk and sugar already integrated. You just add hot water and voila- ready to drink. you can buy it in individual packets or in a container that you can spoon out the powder and they sell this stuff in every supermarket here- so I am obviously not the only one drinking it. At some point I ran out and it was on my shopping list for he next time we were in a supermarket. We saw this store in our travels so we went in.
El: "Do you have instant cappuccino?"
Clerk: "No, we don't sell that."
Sim (exiting the store): "you mean to tell me he has 101 coffees and I just asked for number 102?"
Next stop...the supermarket.
